High temperature, silicone coated fiberglass hose wrap
Fireflex Flat provides the same protection against exposure to extreme heat, open flame and molten splashes as Fireflex cover, but in a versatile tape.
It is specially designed to protect irregularly shaped components such as hose filters and cable connections. The heavy duty silicone coating maintains flexibility, resists all automotive chemicals and solvents and provides increased protection against wear.
It is common for Fireflex Flat to be overpacked by 50%, which provides a double layer of protection. Once installed, it can be easily secured with twiwraps, cable ties and hose clamps.
